Registration information

To register your child you must submit the following documents:

• Birth certificate or passport for your child

• proof of immunization

• (2) proofs of address - proof of address must be in one of the parents' names.  Examples of acceptable proof of address are: utility bills, property tax bill, medical insurance bill, mail from a government agency.  (must be current)

• If your child is transferring from another school please bring the last report card from previous school

Registration is done in person at the school.  A parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of registration and they must bring proper identification. You must bring the child / children with you when you come to register.  Please be prepared to fill out registration documents. 

Uniforms

P.S. 108 is a uniform school.  Students should wear navy blue pants, skirt, or jumper and a light blue collared shirt (button down or polo).  You may purchase the uniforms at any store you wish.  Some suggestions of where you can find them are Cookies, Children's Place, Target, JC Penney, etc.
