Fri, Feb 10th P.S. I Love You Day - Wear purple to stand up against bullying, help end depression, and remind friends they are not alone
Mon, Feb 13th - Be Smart, Don't Start - Dress as your favorite superhero to end bullying/cyberbullying
Tues, Feb 14th - All You Need is Love - Wear red or pink to show that everyone is included and cared for!
Wed, Feb 15th - Diversity Day Wear clothes that represent your culture. Show & Tell to share your culture or traditions with your class
Thurs, Feb 16th - Rainbow Day Just like the colors of the rainbow, every person is unique. Wear your favorite color of the rainbow!
Fri, Feb 17th - No one Eats Alone Day - Spread good vibes and promote peace by wearing tie dye today.
Mon, February 20th - Friday, February 24th - Midwinter Recess - school closed
PS 108 Safety Meeting
P.S. 108Q has a Safety Committee which meets monthly during the school year to discuss safety matters for PS 108. Every year we open one meeting to the public (community members, business owners, parents). The meeting will be held virtually on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 1:20 pm. Arrival time: 8:00 am (doors open 7:45am)
3K and Pre arrival site - Main Entrance (arrival time 7:50 am)
Grade K arrival site - Silver doors on 109th Street
Grade 1 arrival site - Green doors on 109th Street
Grade 2 arrival site - Right side of the school yard brown doors into the auditorium on 108th street
Grade 3 arrival site - Left side of the school yard brown doors into the auditorium on 108th street
Grade 4 & Grade 5 arrival site - Green doors on 108th street
Students who arrive after 8:00 am must use the main entrance
School Dismissal Times and Locations
3-K dismissal - 1:50 pm at the classroom
Pre-K dismissal - 1:50 pm silver doors on 109th Street
Grade K dismissal - 2:00 pm silver doors 109th Street
Grade 1 dismissal - 2:00 pm red doors at the back of the schoolyard
Grade 2 dismissal - 2:05 pm green turf in large schoolyard by 108th Street
Grade 3 dismissal - 2:10 pm Brown doors on 109th Street
Grade 4 dismissal - 2:10 pm large schoolyard
Grade 5 dismissal - 2:10 pm - Green doors by 108th Street
Please arrive on time for dismissal
