Link to Information on the Common Core Standards

The Common Core Standards are the new state standards we are using to educate our children.  These are the standards on which the state tests are based this year.  See the links below for information on the Common Core Standards.









Afterschool Music

Students are playing guitar in the after-school "Rock Band" program taught by Mr. Roberts and Mr. Bhasin.  They've been learning a variety of chords and songs to prepare for the upcoming Fowler Day performance.  The guitars come from AmpUp NYC, a partner of Little Kids Rock, that gives various instruments to public schools around New York City.  (See pictures below)
